He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Budinas and Josephine Budinas (Kulish). He is survived by: his wife Vicky L. Biggs; his children, Dr. Lynley Holman (Richard) of Lawrence, Kansas and Jason Budinas (Cassie) of Junction City, Kansas; his brother Leonard Budinas (Mary Liz) of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Alishah, Sidney, Jace, Phoenix, Leighton and Carter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to be given to the Episcopal Church Tuesday Eevening Community Meal Program or to the Good Shepherd Hospice, 3801 Vanesta Drive Manhattan, Kansas 66503.
