It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Leona Niemczyk (Junction City, Kansas), born in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, who passed away on November 2, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jimmie Todd and Alice Todd (Schlesner); her boyfriend Joseph Thompson; her children, Celina Soliz (Joe), Michael Niemczyk (Alyssa), Heather Stewart, Steven Thompson (Alana), Nicholas Thompson (Skye) and Jacob Thompson; her sisters, Sheree Hemmingway (Martin) of Junction City and Sheila Miller of Abilene; her grandson Jeremiah Thompson; her brother Malcom Todd of Junction City; and her grandparents, Paul, Ida Schlesner of Herington, James and Carrie Todd of Cullman. She was also cherished by grandchildren.
