Boland of Junction City, Kansas and Melinda Graff of Junction City, Kansas; his grandchildren, Jerrad Boland, Cassie David, Katrina Torres-Manning, Kiara Manning and Joseph Manning, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Jameson David, Julianna David, Ryan Torres-Manning and Christopher Torres-Manning; his brother Terry Manning of Wisconsin; and his niece Mindy Manning.
