For William J. is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert E. Mackie and Barbara A. Mackie (Bauer); his close friend Rochelle Lee (Lofthus); and his brother Alan Mackie of New Jersey.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Kansas Veterans' Cemetery (5181 Wildcat Creek Rd, Manhattan, KS 66503).
