He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Mayes and Wana Mayes. He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Chad (Dana), Stuart (Leslie), Allison (Sean) and Molly (Luke); his grandchildren, Abigail, Chase, Gabriella, Wyatt and Jack; his great grandchild Jaxton; and his siblings, Tom (Margaret Ann), Mary Anne Askew (James) and Janice Gaman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
