We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Aaron Burwell of Kanopolis, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Aaron may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Aaron touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father John Burwell. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Burwell (Pruner) of Portland, OR; his daughter Jessica Stroede (Nathan Warner) of Great Bend, KS; his grandchildren, Aryanna and Norah; his children, Sara McCurry (Nolan) of Hoisington, KS and Sam Burwell of Great Bend; and his siblings, John "Jack" Burwell (Tracy) of Missoula, MT, Heidi Beal (John) of Florence, KS and Luke Burwell of Portland, OR. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Kanopolis Community Center (217 W Ohio Ave, Kanopolis, KS 67454).
