He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Crouch and Garnetta Crouch (Price); his stepfather Alva Floyd; and his brother Walter Crouch. He is survived by: his wife Nettie; his daughter Gwen Patterson; his son-in-law Mike Patterson; his granddaughters, Jenny (Ryan) and Missy (Jon); and his great grandchildren, Carter, Brandon Lee, Rosie and Jamie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to One Community Hospice, 14700 E. 42nd St. S., Independence, MO 64055.
