He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Bluhm and Hazel Bluhm; his sister Judith Koeckeritz (Harlan Koeckeritz); and his nephew Brian. He is survived by: his nephew John Koeckeritz (Theresa); his great-niece Emily; his great-nephew Max; and his niece Jennifer Koeckeritz.
