He is survived by: his stepchildren, David Fredrick of Clearwater, Teresa Fredrick (Preston) of Beaver Creek and Thomas Fredrick (Bia) of Orlando, Florida; and his brothers, Steven Roth (Cheryl Schmitz) of Overland Park and Michael Roth (Jeanette) of St. John's Florida.
