It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earlene Rae King of Kansas City, Kansas, who passed away on April 21, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Earlene Rae's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Earlene Rae has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding us through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin Wilcutt and Evelyn Wilcutt (Brown); her husband Wilbur Louis King; her daughter Pamela Sumners; her son-in-law George Sumners; and her grandson Matthew Sumners.

She is survived by : her children, Mike King (Connie) of Bonner Springs, KS, Terry King (Donna) of Louisburg, KS and Susan Ginger of Olathe, KS; and her brother Bobby Marmon of Linn County, KS.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Stoney Point Baptist Church (7938 Barnett Ave, Kansas City, KS 66112).

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations to Quisenberry Funeral Home or Stoney Point Baptist Church.
