He is survived by: his wife Janice Lowe of Kansas City, MO; his mother Mary Lowe of Kansas City, MO; his siblings, L. C. Lowe of Kansas City, MO and Dirossie Ratiff of Phoenix, AZ; his children, Charles Lowe Jr. of Kansas City, Christopher Lowe of Kansas City, Angela Matthews (Sam) of Kansas City and Jaisha Moyer (Barnabas) of Maryland; his grandchild Kaylah; and his daughters, Kiori, Grace and Elena. He is also survived by brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; nieces; nephews; cousins; and friends.
