He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Hall and Leola Hall (Randall); his wife Ethel Young-Hall; and his sons, Finas W. Hall and Earl C. Hall.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Hanes (John), Gary Hall (Dorothy), Jacquelyn Milton, Rahn Hall (Kadajah), Carol Hall, Chiquita Garlington and Philip Hall. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; a host of other relatives and friends.
