She is survived by: her brother Stewart Spencer; and her children, Joseph A. Starr (Evelyn) of Moreno Valley, Clearlis A. Starr of Raytown Missouri, Cheryl P. Hardy-Roark of Grandview Missouri, Gregory Samuel, Phyllis J. (Ron), Jensen, Vicki R. Roath of Grandview Missouri and George D. B. Samuel of Grandview Missouri. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 71 great grandchildren, and more than 10 great, great grandchildren.
