He is survived by: his significant other Halina Grohusky (Ratuszynski); his daughters, Gretchen Mikesic (Michael), Lisa Grohusky and Jamie Grohusky; and his grandchildren, Malorie Mikesic, Kyle Fisher (Karli), Thomas Fisher (Tiffany), Asher Mikesic, Amanda Enloe (Blackie), Connor Mason, Hannah Mason and Tyler Mikesic. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Liver Foundation, American Heart Association, or American Diabetes Association.
