He is survived by: his significant other Kathy White; his siblings, Lillie Peghee Sr. (Donald) of Wichita, KS, Maxine Fears (Greg) of Kansas City, KS, Lucille Brooks of Kansas City, KS, Mary Ann Stewart of Chicago, IL, Daisy Garnett, Major Brooks Jr. (Ruby) of Kansas City, KS, Floyd Lance Brooks Sr. (Anita) and Bobby Williams (Marshell); and his sons, Jamie Roberts of Topeka and H. T. Cooperwood (DeNeta) of Kansas City, KS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and grandchildren.
