He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Sullivan and Nancy Carr Sullivan. He is survived by: his son Patrick; his siblings, Steve (LaWanna), Mike and Nancy Collins (Kevin); and his mother-in-law Verline Reid. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
