It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Cooper formerly of Kansas City, Kansas, born in Oak Park, Illinois, who passed away on September 5, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lester Landgrebe and Mabel Landgrebe; her husband Jack Cooper; and her daughters, Virginia Anderson, Susan Cooper and Cynthia Cooper. She was also cherished by five grandchildren.
