He was predeceased by: his parents, Orris Neal Blake (Vivian Johnson Blake) and Christa Kaye Brooks-Blake. He is survived by: his children, Cynia Blake and David Brooks; and his grandchildren, Glynne Taylor II and Gelisa Taylor. He is also survived by "Pops" aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family.
