He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Blakesley and Catherine M. Blakesley; and his sister Rose Marie Hopkins (Blakesley). He is survived by: his nieces, Linda Hopkins and Susan Shaw (Rich); and his brother-in-law Leonard Hopkins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at the Mount Calvary Cemetery (1150 N 38th St, Kansas City, KS 66102).
