He is survived by: his wife Valerie E. Nelson; his children, Stephanie E. Nelson of Wylie, TX and Phillip Nelson of Weatherford, TX; his mother Wanda J. Nelson of Kingfisher, OK; his siblings, Kiara Estill of Clermont, Debbie Owens and Earl Lee Nelson, Jr. of Kingfisher, OK; and his brother-in-law Reggie Fluellen of Leesburg, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
