He is survived by: his former wife Jacqueline Reeves; his children, Carol Franklin, Natalie Franklin, Helen Franklin, Rochelle Franklin, Marissa Franklin and Floreda Franklin; his significant other Emma Green; and his siblings, James Franklin of Independence, Maurice Franklin (Brenda) of Independence, Kansas, Margaret Conger (James) of Independence and Jeanette Headley of Independence, Kansas.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
