He is survived by: his wife Lori; his daughter Nicki Relles (John); his grandson Malik; his son Shaun Smith; his granddaughters, Anni and Luci Smith; his mother Cheryl Woolery; his mother-in-law Carol Sharp; and his pet Tucker. He is also survived by two sister-in-law and their spouses, nephews and nieces.
