He is survived by: his children, Vernon V. Brown, Mark Doty and Robin Louise Johnson. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Alden Harrington Funeral Home (214 Oak St, Bonner Springs, KS 66012). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Edwardsville Cemetery (1441 S 104th St, Edwardsville, KS 66113).
