He was predeceased by: his parents, Clabe Cunningham Sr. and Mary Ella Johnson; his stepfather Guido Sr.; and his siblings, Adell Johnson, Charles Johnson, John Guido Jr., Willie Guido, Miller Guido, Johnnie Mae Daniel and Sandra Jean Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Gladdis of Kansas City, KS; and his son William Davis of Overland Park. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
