He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew P. Ziegler and Katherine Thimesch Ziegler; his siblings, Wilford, John, Leo, Levi, Marge Detmer and Lucille Vierthaler; and his grandson Jesse Henning.
He is survived by: his children, Stan Ziegler (Julie), Shelia Jayne (Richard) and Kay Hallacy (Aaron); and his sister Joan Boor. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
