She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Eugene Frampton; her parents, Eli Balmas and Lola Balmas; and her siblings, Norma Bowman, Charles Balmas and Jim Balmas.
She is survived by: her children, Robert (Mendy) and Dianna Smith (Craig); her grandsons, Cody Frampton (Carolyne), Chance Frampton (Ashley Matthews) and Wyatt Smith (Kassidy); her great grandchildren, Wyatt Grilliot, Coy Frampton, Gemma, Holland and Briar Smith; and her brother Tom Balmas (Sue). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Livingston Funeral Home (1830 N Main St, Kingman, KS 67068).
Memorials may be made with the Kingman Healthcare Center or Wheatlands Health Care Center, both in care of Livingston Funeral Home, 1830 N. Main, Kingman KS 67068.
