He was predeceased by : his parents, Lyle P. Price and Ruth Hall Price; and his siblings, Don, Max and Dorothy Nelms.

He is survived by : his sons, Tim and Wayne; his stepchildren, Kathy Green, Karen Befort, Kristy Berscheidt and Kevin Berscheidt; and his brother Jud Price, Sr.. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and 3 step-great-grandchildren.
