He is survived by: his parents, Roland Elpers and Mary Jane Albers Elpers; his daughters, Anne Pitts (Nate) and Renee Elpers; his siblings, Mark Elpers, Kathy Scheer and Lori Billinger; and his grandsons, Augustus and Emmett Pitts.
A rosary was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the St. Rose Catholic Church (4813 NE 150 Ave, Cheney, KS 67025). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Lori Elpers in care of the Pat Elpers Memorial Fund.
