He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia Viesta Cottingham and Theodore Thomas Johnson; and his siblings, Theodore Johnson, Jr., Viola Anderson, Dorothy Mauer and Dudley Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Schwindt; his children, Brenda Berry and Rusty Johnson (Patsy) of Milton, Kansas.; his grandsons, Gage Berry (Katie), Drew Berry (Paige), Jake Johnson (Candice), Reece Johnson (Becca) and Trey Johnson (Alyssa); and his great grandchildren, Riley, Hailey, Rhett, Hayden, Leighton Johnson and Gentry Berry. He is also survived by friends, nieces, nephews and cousins.
