He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Lubbers and Aurelia Blasi Lubbers; and his siblings, Dennis, Larry, Reynold, Raymond, Kenneth and Dolores Neal.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark and Brian; and his brothers, Randy and Edward. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Livingston Funeral Home (1830 N Main St, Kingman, KS 67068). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (638 W D Ave, Kingman, KS 67068).
