She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Paul and Twila Mondy (Birney); and her sister Vicki Lee Mondy. She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Miller of Kinsley; her stepchildren, Lisa Hager of Dodge City and Christopher Oess (Crystal); her uncle Gerald Birney of Colorado; and her pet Bailey. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
