He is survived by: his father-in-law Yung; his son Chuck; his grandson Billy; his children, Charles'Chuck'Louis Bender, Amy (Bender), Bauer (Steve) and Kinsley; his grandchildren, Katie Ellingson (Emery) of Carbondale, CO and William'Billy'Bauer (Mikayla); and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Bender (Newton) and William'Billy'G. Yung of Galena, MO.
