It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glen Roland Sommerfeld of Kinsley, Kansas, born in Newton, Kansas, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sommerfeld and Amy Sommerfeld; and his sister Becky Sommerfeld. He is survived by: his wife Marcy; his children, Justin Sommerfeld (Melisa) and Jill Wiens (Brett); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Weston and Jaycee Sommerfeld; his siblings, Janice Dyck, Stan Sommerfeld (Jan), Lyle Sommerfeld (Marj), Elva Sommerfeld and Jerry Sommerfeld (Jeanne); and his siblings-in-law, Mark and Connie Oswald. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
