She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ronald "Buck" and Ruth Mead (Hopkins); her siblings, Ronnie Mead and Karen Copeland; and her grandson Shandon Schmidt.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Schmidt (Jo), Rex Schmidt (Janie), Brenda Schmidt and Tamra Unruh (Terry); her sister-in-law Donna Mead; her grandchildren, Jonathon Hayes, Cody Hayes (Maggie), Zach Unruh (Katlyn), Casy Unruh (Kel), Lacy Kallina (Judd), Andrew Unruh (Megan), Rachel Bradley (Daniel) and Charity Beall (JT); and her great grandchildren, Ellie, Cash, Emma Hayes, Stella, Mila Unruh, Mason, Landon, Joelle Unruh, Jennings, Lilly Kallina and Walker Beall. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
