She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield Ricker and Bernice Ricker; her siblings, Charles Ricker, Lloyd Ricker and Rosanna Anton; her daughter-in-law Ladona Puffinbarger; and her grandson Chase Puffinbarger.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Puffinbarger of Cherokee, Lloyd Puffinbarger (Chub) of Kingfisher and Tammy Puffinbarger of Midwest City; and her grandchildren, Erica Goodwin (Robbie), Elicia Puffinbarger of Kingfisher, Kyle Puffinbarger (Kendra), Kelli Arnold (Kolby) of Cherokee and Cody Ledbetter of Midwest City.
Donations may be made to the Kiowa Nursing Home in memory of Phyllis Puffinbarger.
