It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Abbie Jean Henry of Kirwin, Kansas, who passed away on November 15, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Abbie is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Abbie's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray LaRue and Abbie LaRue (Bass). She is survived by: her husband Virgil Henry; and her children, Rejean Henry of Agra, KS and Bryan Henry of Downs, KS. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel (1115 2nd St, Phillipsburg, KS 67661).
