He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen Cathers and Evelyn Jean Gill; and his brother-in-law Joey Bevitt. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Gill (Bevitt); his son Josh Gill (Karissa); his grandchildren, Isabella of Grand Junction, Parker of Grand Junction and Lucas of Grand Junction; his son Justin Gill of Owasso, Oklahoma; his sister Helen Crunk of Decatur, Alabama; his stepchildren, James Suppes (Brittany) of Smith Center, Matthew Suppes (Sharon) of Baldwin, Kansas, Amy Perry (Vince) of Ellsworth, Julie Hoverson (John) of Smithville and Christy Baalmann (Mark) of La Crosse, Kansas.; his nieces, Michelle and Rebecca Crunk; and his sister-in-law Sally Bevitt. He is also survived by 12 step grandchildren; and 2 step great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 417 Main St, La Crosse, KS 67548.
