She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Moore and Bertha Moore (Ochs); and her siblings, Warren Moore and E. Josephine Williams. She is survived by : her husband Wendell Brozek; her children, Dr. Jeff Brozek (Rhonda) and Jo Ellen Schaffstall; her grandchildren, Jason Brozek (Stephanie), Dr. Jessica Brozek and Caitlin Schaffstall (Matt Harper); and her sisters, Darletha Moore and Karen Been.

In lieu of flowers or plants, the family requests memorials to the United Methodist Church, La Crosse, Kansas, or Alzheimer's Disease Research.
