He was predeceased by : his parents, Chester Moon and Evelyn Moon (Van Liew); and his grandson Josh Wiggins. He is survived by : his wife Betty Talley; his children, Pam Wiggins (Charlie) and Andy Moon (Michelle); his siblings, Mike Moon and Kathy Hopper; and his grandchildren, Cody, Dylan, Dalton Wiggins, Adam Moon, Amanda Martinez, Melinda Galloway and Andrea Moon.
