He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Smith and Katie Nightengale Smith. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Koehn of Fairview, Oklahoma.; his children, Marlon, Rosa, Corwin and Melodee; his grandchildren, Keyla (Ryan Mayeske), Darin (Sherilyn Smith), Gabe Garmen, Brandy Flores, Gary Rhoades and Amanda Vasques; and his siblings-in-law, Viola Smith, Ilene Unruh and Galen (Sharon Koehn). He is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Gospel Tract and Bible Society in care of Garnand Funeral Home of Lakin, Kansas.
