He was predeceased by: his father Gordon Allen; and his sisters, Diane Medina and Debra Magby. He is survived by: his mother Juanita Faye Baty (Piker) of Forgan, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Dickey Ray (Maggie Collins) of Medicine Lodge, Kansas and Lisa Hernandez of Ft. Worth, Texas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
