He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Stanley "Dude" and Joyce Pike (Burton); and his sisters, Carla Davis and Penny Spaulding. He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy Spilman of Lancaster, KS and Pam (Ron Holtorf). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephew and great-great niece and nephew.
Memorials are suggested to Camp Creek Cemetery and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
