He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Portice and Rose Portice; his wife Denise Portice of Lansing; his son Robert Joseph Portice; his grandchildren, Piper Portice, Samael Portice and Ailah Portice; and his siblings, Ed Portice (Linda), Bob Portice (Lisa), Joanne Nicolicchia (Tom) and Irene Portice.
