He was predeceased by: his wife Melissa Lake (Crosby); his parents, Catherine Lake (Panek) and Harley Lake; his siblings, Marsha Birk and Roy John Lake; his sister-in-law Frani Lake; his nephew Ian Kowalewski; and his great-nephews, Harley Birk and James Austin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kelsea Fisher (Craig) and Sarah Lake (Andrew Wetschensky); his grandchildren, Tess Fisher, Isaac Fisher and Marlee Michael; and his siblings, Sandra Kowalewski (Thomas), Robert Lake and Cathy Mallein.
