He is survived by: his children, Missy Smith of Leavenworth, KS. and Michael of Garden City, KS.; and his siblings, Carmen Franz of Lee Summit, MO., Dolretta Hagerty of Wichita, KS., Zella Sanner of Yuma, AZ., Ben Zook of Rozel, KS. and Mark Zook of Mesa, AZ.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
