He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Ford and Lovina May Ford (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Julie Ford of Wichita, KS.; his daughter Tamara (Thomas Blake); his grandson Nathan (Stephanie Martinitz); his children, Shaylin, Cheyenne, Christopher and Matthew; his grandson Andrew Martinitz; his son Asher; his granddaughter Ashley (Mac Loucks); his great grandchildren, Jace, Dodge and Taylor; his children, Aaron Ford (late Stuart Silverman) and Amy (Shane Jones); his grandsons, Garret Jones (Abbie) and Addison Jones (Katie); his children, Oliver, Willow and Wren; his granddaughter Keeran (Eric Ellison); his great grandchildren, Jheru and Jhené; his granddaughter Lia (Mike Sheddan); and his children, Rowan, Sonny, Morgan and Stacy (Chris Henry). He is also survived by his four children, seven grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
