It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Anthony Pracht of Larned, Kansas, who passed away on May 27, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Gilbert E. Pracht. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Lee Urban Pracht of Akron, IA; his children, Tara Ellis (Kenneth), Heather Salmans (Kirby) and Andrew Pracht; his sisters, Ethea Brennan, Julie Huber (Michael) of Akron, IA and Jennifer Kain of Whittier, CA; and his grandchildren, Dominic Pelaccio, Michael Pelaccio, Conner Hicks and Kaitlyn Hicks.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Beckwith Mortuary (916 Main St, Larned, KS 67550-2533). The military honors will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Michael Pracht memorial fund (checks made payable to Beckwith Mortuary) in care of Beckwith Mortuary, P.O. Box 477, Larned, KS 67550.
