Viola Prosser Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Viola Prosser of Larned, Kansas, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Frank; and her siblings, Leo, Leonard, Ray and Monica Schneider.

She is survived by : her children, Kim Breitenbach (Kurt) of Wichita, Patty Minear (Michael) of Wichita, Ed Prosser (Kelley) of Omaha, Nancy Baker (Steve Tatum) of Wichita and Mike Prosser (Wendy) of Omaha; her grandchildren, Annie Lahn (Zach), Steven Jones (Georgia), Alex Breitenbach (Molly), Elizabeth Prosser (Drew), Sam Breitenbach (Sarah), Luke Minear, Avery Shepherd, Grant Shepherd, Maggie Prosser, Joe Prosser and Katie Prosser; and her siblings, Rich Moeder, Eddie Moeder, Larry Moeder (Jan) and Mary Ann Fisher. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in care of Beckwith Mortuary, P.O. Box 477 Larned, KS 67550.

Someone wrote a sympathy message

“I am saddened to hear of Vi’s passing. Frank was my first cousin on the Lang side of the family. We would visit Aunt Addie and uncle Frank where I got to know their family. We’d go to the farm. I loved their wonderful farm house Later I saw Vi and Frank at the Odin store at family reunions. I will pray for her and your family June Abbott”
