Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Virginia Ann Bauer of Larned, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 81, on September 23, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Theodore and Thelma Rose Henry Culbreath; her husband Robert L. Bauer; her brother Leroy Culbreath; her grandson Alex Bauer; and her great grandchild Rose.
She is survived by: her sons, Lance Bauer (Debbie) of Larned, Allen Bauer of Larned and Troy Bauer of Larned; her grandchildren, Josh Bauer, Jake Bauer, Nate Bauer, Alleena Bauer (Jared Hainer) and Heather Bauer; and her close friend Billie Broils. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, four great -great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Beckwith Mortuary (916 Main St, Larned, KS 67550-2533). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (1004 W 8th St, Larned, KS 67550).
Memorials may be given to the Pawnee County Humane Society or First Presbyterian Church both in care of Beckwith Mortuary, P.O. Box 477, Larned, KS 67550.
