He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Garland and Hattie May Wright (Strosnider); and his siblings, Marjorie Ann Wright, Dean Wright, Howard Wright and Joe Wright.
He is survived by: his son Joseph of El Dorado; and his sister Margaret Thompson (Trent) of Wichita. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
